Shop Policy

Business processing time is 5-7 business days (weekends & holidays are excluded).  USPS Shipping is generally 3-5 business days.  Once order is shipped, Heart of Gold Beaded Jewelry is not responsible for delayed shipping times with USPS.  FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING for orders over $100.00.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is highly recommended that you monitor the tracking progress of your package. If your package is marked as delivered, and you still have not received it, please contact USPS and give them the tracking number that was provided on the order.  USPS will assist with the dispute.

If your package is returned back to Heart of Gold Beaded Jewelry for an incorrect address details provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of a reshipment fee of $5.  NO REFUNDS.

NO Refunds or Cancellations.  We will not cancel or refund your order, regardless of the situation, unless there was a mistake on our end.  Replacements and substitutions are allowed.  If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us by email, within 24 hours after receiving your package.  Please send pictures to support your claim.
